My experience enables me to offer both in person and teletherapy services. I offer individualized psychological care that will meet your personal needs. I treat a number of emotional issues, and provide a neutral ground for individuals and couples.
Therapy is a journey toward self discovery, self realization, growth and change. Many people find themselves struggling with issues such as low self esteem, anxiety, fear and depression. They create inaccurate beliefs about themselves based on false and negative thoughts. The secret to building positive self esteem and thereby reduce both depression and anxiety, is to learn to see the whole you - not just your mistakes. I am very mindful that as human beings, we have a strong tendency to repeat maladaptive patterns. While helping to make changes which are necessary, I focus heavily on strengths within a person and draw out the successes which have been achieved in the past!
